The Selby has joined T Magazine as a contributing editor. His new column, “Edible Selby”, will feature creative food people from around the world. The Selby’s first shoot for the column was with Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco. The bakers are famous for their country bread, which sells out so fast that advanced orders are always recommended.

Tatiana Arocha collaborates again with Anthropologie on a new video, “Scarf Scenes.” The live-action stop-animation video shows five different ways to wear a scarf. Arocha shaped the narrative around a girl who leaves her home for a walk in the park and finds the scarf has a mind of its own. Arocha previously created a stop-motion video of Anthropologie ornaments for the holiday 2010 season.

LL Cool J covers the March 2011 issue of Men’s Fitness. Jim Wright photographed the star of NCIS: LA at Miauhaus Studios in Los Angeles. In the magazine, LL shares his workout regime as well as his six favorite motivational rules. He believes that career longevity is tied to fitness, stating, “What goes on the outside is definitely a manifestation of what goes on the inside.”

Adam Broomberg and Oliver Chanarin will bring together three powerful series created over the last four years for an exhibition at Goodman Gallery in Johannesburg, South Africa. Opening today, the exhibition will include People in trouble laughing pushed to the ground (2010), The Day Nobody Died (2008) and The Red House (2007), all of which are located in conflict zones—Northern Ireland, Afghanistan, and Iraq, respectively.

Karin + Raoul, an online magazine and gallery, explores the subject of addiction in their Winter ’10-’11 issue. Kareem Black photographed a spread for the magazine and provided an in-depth interview as well. Black’s images are an expansion on work he showed in September 2010 entitled “Exhibit B.” Inspired by Guy Bourdin’s provocative “Exhibit A”, Black’s interpretation explores his own long-held “addiction” – legs. The cropped images feature headless legs in what Black calls “questionable situations that leave a lot of question marks.”

Fugu Mobile designs a mobile app for Mercedes-AMG, now available on the iPhone and iTouch. It is the first complete AMG app to cover the 8 AMG models available in China. AMG is a subsidiary of Mercedes that specializes in high-performance luxury cars. The app provides a comprehensive overview of each AMG model as well as 360-degree views, high-res photos and videos. The app acts as a tool for users interested in purchasing an AMG car or as a must-have for car enthusiasts. Fans can also register with AMG through the app and sign up for exclusive events and test-drives in China.

The Toyota Prius is celebrating its first decade with an illustrated history. Ilovedust created 10 comprehensive illustrations depicting key facts and events. Starting in 2000, the year the groundbreaking car debuted in dealerships, each narrative highlights milestones from the car’s history as well as world events. The Prius’s global expansion, technological advances, awards, and its place in pop culture are all highlighted.

Ruud Baan photographs the newest ad campaign for Johnnie Walker<. Scottish actor Hamish Clark stars in the ads promoting Johnnie Walker’s five distinct whisky flavors. The label’s whisky blends come in black, red, blue, green, and gold. The label color is reflected in the background and styling in the ads. Clark was tasked with acting out the personality of each color in his expressions and gestures. The difference between the flavors is quite nuanced which created a challenge for the photographer and the actor to express each blend’s unique flavor.

MTV’s hit show Jersey Shore returns for a third season tonight. Joshua Kessler photographs cast members Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Jenni “Jwoww” Farley, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, Vinny Guadagnino, Deena Nicole Cortese, and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro on location at their house in Seaside Heights. After spending the second season in Miami, the cast returns to the Jersey Shore house from season one.
