Nick & Chloé captured Kyary Pamyu Pamyu on the streets of her native Tokyo. The famed Harajuku model is releasing her first album this summer, called “Moshi Moshi Harajuku.” The techno-pop album is produced by Nakata Yasutaka and is said to include the singer’s unique approach to language through various expressions in her lyrics, often referred to as “Kyary language.” Nick & Chloé photographed Kyary to promote the album’s first press edition.

Diver & Aguilar capture stunning and explosive visuals for Magnum’s latest campaign. The ice cream maker has developed a new technology to put liquid-filled chocolates in their ice cream bars. Diver & Aguilar were commissioned by Lola Madrid to creatively capture this new concept on film. The concept was to create art out of the creative reformulation of the ingredients.

Broomberg and Chanarin will sign copies of their book People in Trouble Laughing Pushed to the Ground tonight at Dashwood Books in New York. The book is based on the photography team’s series of the same name, made in collaboration with the Belfast Exposed Archive. The archive started in the early 1980s at the height of The Troubles and includes photography by professional and “civilian” photographers. The photographs show both ordinary moments of everyday life and the violent aspects of life in The Troubles such as protests, funerals, and acts of terrorism.

The exhibition features some 80 emerging artists who live and work in Berlin and covers a full range of contemporary art practices from paintings and drawings to sculpture, photography, film and video, as well as installations and text-based works.
